One of my favorite children's books is The Best Nest by P.D. Eastman which I've read aloud to preschoolers. To dramatize Mr. Bird's love of his home, I gave his song a simple melody.
And now... for your listening pleasure (or not)... play the audio snippet below right.
LYRICS: "I love my house, I love my nest, In all the world, My nest is best!"

Brief Parsley Update
This is just to say that my curled parsley seedlings are showing their first true leaves-- millimeter-size, but they're growing! ;-)
Oh. I had noticed your absence from your blog, but didn't realized you had eye surgery. Cataracts? Lasik? You needn't answer if you'd rather not.
I'll plant lots of veggies, herbs, and annual flowers. No tomatoes since I won't eat fresh ones (despite their lovely appearance and fragrance). That's kind of an oddity for most home gardens I suppose.
Some of my first plantings will spinach, peas, lettuces, radishes.
Good news. What else are you planting this year? I've been away from the computer for a while due to eye surgery and I've a lot of catching up to do.
