Garden Photos

Not much to see yet but this photo will be great for comparison later in the season.

This second picture is a bit blurry, I know. It's going to take me a while to get used to the camera. These pots are the ones I was able to fill with leftover soil and are where I've already planted some seeds.

Thank you. I put some knitting photos up on Facebook, though the colors and stitch definition are sometimes difficult to capture. I am definitely looking forward to posting more pictures here as well.

A Little About Me

My name is Angel, and I live in central Kentucky. My parents and I moved here in 2003 from northern California. My brother followed a while later and is now remarried and residing nearby.

I lived with my parents while working at the local library and earning a Master's degree (in library science via an online program) then moved into an apartment on my own for a few years. At the end of 2009, I was able to start buying a home.

I have many interests:

cooking/baking,
watching movies &

knitting,

reading,

gardening, &

using my laptop & iPod.

I also love

singing Christian music

(contemporary--

think K-LOVE & WJIE), and

playing the piano.

I don't have any pets, but I enjoy visits from my neighbors' animals, especially a friendly and energetic Jack Russell terrier.

Home is definitely my favorite place to be, although I do like to shop at antique stores for pretty knick-knacks for my house:

teacups, plates, teapots, vases. My mom and I try to go to tea a few times a year.
